The Program

 

Setting the scene: 4 hours 

  • Setting goals, define performance and development needs of coachee, and make a 4 weeks personal action plan.

  • The plan consists of sales process, pipeline management, sales KPIs, and how motivatiing the sales team members in order to meet thet sales targets.

Follow-up: 4  weeks 

  • Every week discussing coachee's progress according to action plan and making all corrections are needed accordingly.
